My first run through of MGS4 was 17 hours, by far the longest MGS I've played. Even on my second run through, knowing where everything is, and where to go, I'm still approaching 15 hours.
I know you can bolt through the game and finish in like 5 hours (somehow), but then you're not really playing MGS4....
