it certainly pissed off one of the reviewer at Famitsu because of its difficulty, but she is not hardcore.
i think the reviewers in the west will think twice before deducting points due to it's too hard 
(at least they won't write that down)
what i am eager to find out is the "presentation issues" that you pointed out. can't wait to read your review :)
