I'm not saying they are or they aren't, but you don't go around talking about how the sky is falling and your product isn't doing good when it isn't, because then no one wants to buy said product. If you would like to know one of the many cases where a product is doing horribly and a company never admits it, refer to Sony Computer Entertainment and the PS3. Now, they've never admitted how terrible it was doing for the past 2.5 years, always talking it up, but we knew better. No one is going to outright say something is doing bad when it is. And someone being 'happy' or 'pleased' means naught because that doesn't tell us whether it made profit or not. Lots of people react to this news as if he said anything but he really didn't say anything, because they're not going to say when something is going wrong, or they're not pleased.
I think the fact that it shipped 300k or whatever speaks for itself, and we don't have any clue on how much the game costed, and how much it made back, so him being 'pleased' does nothing to prove or disprove anything.
