Scooby Doo can doo doo, but Jimmy Carter is smarter.
But seriously, I thought Jimmy Carter had died a few years back for some reason. oh well, I'm glad I'm wrong.
Anyway, I think the real situation is that Republicans statistically are more likely to be prominent in southern states and so are likely to be the ones who oppose a universal healthcare system. I think the fact that these states have had a history of racism is a mere coincidence.
