I agree with what you said.
When the Wii started taking off in 2007, some people were saying the system would follow in the DS´s footsteps, in the sense it´d get huge 3rd party love like the DS gets...well, it hasn´t really happened and the Wii is probably bound to be the first system that, despite being market leader, doesn´t seem to be one when it comes to 3rd parties.
