Well, a price cut is always nice for a system but numbers wise, even with all the news bashing Wii sales numbers in comparison to its former year's numbers, the Wii still sells quite a bit every week. I highly doubt that the $250 price point would affect the Wii's xmas sales numbers. Every single kid in Grade 5 and below seems to want a Wii. PS3 and Xbox aren't even on their radar. My friend just got her 6 and 10 year old cousins a Wii and they were ecstatic. Apparently, everyone other kid in town has a Wii except them.
If Wii was going to get a price cut, Spring 2010 is a good time. Might as well bank on the brisk holiday sale season while you can.
