... it needs new system sellers. Look at the DS: no price cuts (indeed higher selling price for DSi) in its lifetime because it has enough system sellers to maintain public interest. Wii needs more than Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Mario & Sonic and Mario Kart Wii (I think Wii play can be discounted along with SSBB and SMG as system sellers, appealing more to an existing audience). Judging by what NSMB did on the DS I think that any rumoured price cut should wait to see if NSMB Wii does the same. Don't people buy the consoles for the software???
