Don't buy! Make. Making up a costume is the best part of Halloween. Oh sure you can buy some supplies. A trip to Value Village is mandatory. This year I bought a can of red spraypaint, some blood makeup and a Vallue Village fancy button up shirt. And using some around the house stuff I turned it into this.
The Blazer and election sign were my own.
