Haven't read all the posts, so forgive me if I repeat some comments.
$199 = more market penetration. $199 after this long = profit on console, albeit LESS profit, but profit nonetheless. A pricecut now has greater impact on sales for the holiday. There won't be another pricecut for another 2-3 years. This is still Blue Ocean. You can't expect to tap out absolutely every possible consumer at the launch price point almost 3 years later, that's ridiculous. If the price cut meant Nintendo LOSING money on sales, then that's when it's no longer Blue Ocean.
