I agree with the controls to an extent. Having to jump off the top of a ladder to a ledge instead of simply stepping onto the ledge being one of many problems.
That being said, I've been addicted to the game for three days. I'd give it no less than a 9. The controls may have some issues, but everything else more than makes up for it.
