If you have any info from the developer of a PS3/360 game that was declared a flop, that had problems with getting their product on the shelf because retailers wouldn't take it then I think it is worthwhile to hold off on the labels.

If the game does poorly throughout its life its a flop. Even if it has a reason. The point is that right now is not the end of its life and it has a reason for a relatively mediocre first week (and if you think this is anything other than mediocre for a new unadvertised IP you are way off base). So I think its more than fair to give it the benefit of the doubt until after the holidays at least

The fact is that no matter what is said right now if in a year the game is under 120k its a flop. And the same is true of any game like this. Its not as if by having a conversation here we can change what is and isn't a flop at the end of a games life.
