Vengi is short for [TMF]EMH Revenge which was my old name back in my Star Trek: Elite Force gaming days.
(TMF = The Mortal Fist, a clan full of really fun guys)
EMH = Emergency Medical Hologram
Revenge...well I wrote a short story about how one of the mark 1 EMH's who was forced to work as a miner managed to delete his ethical subroutine and get revenge on his 'enslavers' it seemed to really fit the multiplayer game 
My first EF gaming name was NoEthicalSubroutine and I always played as the EMH Doctor (apart from when a Weird bug in the game would randomly change the charator..)
When started Playing Mir 2 (a MMORPG) I shorted it to Vengi as Revenge seemed a little harsh for the game.
Vengi is also a territory in India
