It will definitely sell less than WaW. Why? It's a port, 2 years late. Many multiple-system owners already have the game for PS3/360/PC, and some others will feel shafted having to pay $60 for a 2 year old game.
This game's market is people who enjoyed WaW, don't have an other console, and are willing to pay $60 for a similar experience, even if the game is actually 2 years old.
I predict 400k - 800k.
