I'm voting for Nintendo, myself. Their campaigns are memorable AND effective. Sony's early PS1, PS2, and PS3 ad campaigns were horrible (Polygon Man still makes me cringe). Their "Crash Bandicoot" and "Do You Want It, Do You Need It" stuff was okay, though. The latter was a little "90's", though.
Nintendo still has people quoting the Zelda 80's commercial, Smash Bros. commercial, and "Wii Would Like To Play" commercials. The even know how to push WM+ and Wii Fit.
Hands down, Nintendo.
