I don't know why, but I have little faith in Nintendo's lasting appeal from my personal experience with it.
I'd say somewhere around 35 million for Wii and 20-22 million for 360.
The Wii will have a sales apex sometime in the middle of 2008, and then start to slow considerably by years end regardless of the games.
It will then plummet in sales in 2009 and onwards.

And don't tell me I'm on crack or anything, it's my firm belief.
Funny how many people claim that Nintendo sales numbers will remain high throughout, ensuring Ninty's victory in the race, but then the same people claim that Blu-Ray's obvious sales lead over HD-DVD means nothing.

Please don't kill me for not being a Wii fan, I've seen people shot down in here before for not supporting Nintendo.

Hey don't lump two groups together!  I think the Wii's sales will stay relatively high throughout 2008 and I don't think the Blu-Ray sale's lead over HD-DVD means nothing.  I may not like Blu-Ray as a format but at present I see it winning the war between the two...although I am not convinced that is for the good of consumers tbh.
