She's  Nintendo of America's Vice President of Corporate Affairs. It's inherent in her job. She's not allowed to speak for the rest of the world. You should always assume she's talking about America unless she specifcally says otherwise.

Calm down. Not everything is doom and gloom for Nintendo.

But this was not expected and it's a very bad thing for us. Why the must always act like this!
