Fallout 3.
MGS4's first half is unfortunately slow.

8. Tales of Vesperia
9. Radiant Dawn
10. Valkyria Chronicles
Honerable mention goes to Guitar Hero: Metallica, the only music game that I will probably play for the rest of my life.
The failings of MGS4, imo, is that it isn't better than MGS1 or 3, and my hopes were set at that level of perfection.
