i have no recollection of games before the NES, lol. i must be too young :O but arcade games will always look great, i think.
i wasn't saying graphics make or break a game. im too much of a late-80's-mid-90s fan to think so 
but in terms of the ol' TP vs OoT debate, i think it plays some part
