I don't think so. Wii is already cheaper than PS3 so pricecut won't be as big deal.

So what if Wii is cheaper than PS3, its also overall more in demand than PS3, along ever demand curve there are always those who want the product but aren't willing to pay the current market price

That remains to be seen. Maybe there is more demand for PS3 from now on. Wii sales have been declining for a while now.
