My best guess is nintendo is still making oodles of money, and theyre not really concerned without outselling the PS3 and 360 because they still will with the wii this holiday.
Nintendo is selling th emost consoles because theyre not making business decisions based on competitors actions. They make them based on their bottom line in their own bubble. Thats why theyre successful.
