1. PS2 - Amazing library, and since I never owned a PS1 I has the chance to play a ton of older games.
2. SNES - Super Mario All Stars, Aerobiz, Top Gear, Death and Return of Superman, TMNT, Legend of the Mystical Ninja, Rock N Roll racing are just a few games I enjoyed
3. N64 - Great 4 player local multiplayer and a pretty good library of games. Mario Kart battle mode > all. Goldeneye was amazing as well.
4. NES - I remember playing Eliminator Boat Duel and Mario at my uncle's house and when I eventually got my own it was pretty amazing.
only other consoles I own outside those are a PS3 and GC.
