All of that taken seriously, minus the RRoD thing. If a console has such bad hardware problems that the company has spent $1B in TWO territories in order to keep their customers....the failure rate MUST MUST *HAVE* been quite high.
Edit: I forgot you can't talk about RRoD in the present tense on this site otherwise you get banned :/
