ioi say's a lot of things and it was simply a guess on his part. He made an educated guess due to the bump in PS3 software sales not being high. What people do not understand is just how big the second hand market is in Japan.
You lot need to see what care the stores take of second hand games. Mint condition, would be impossible to tell it was second hand without being told and considerable cheaper. I rarely purchased a new game back in Tokyo because a few days later I would get the game in mint condition for a nice price.
