Huge drop off expected for second week. PS3 Slim will be lucky if it remains above 300k for the second week. X360 only 20k off from the Wii. 360 with steady sales compared to same time last year. 360 had its price cuts start of September last year which kick started its sales momentum. |

Just like people downplaying the initial effect of the Slim, people will probably be caught off guard with sales from here on out.
The only way we would be able to ESTIMATE whether or not the Slim is selling to preexisting owners is when we see new software come out.
The first borderline title we had was Batman AA in america. You REALLY think joker DLC offset a 2:1 hardware ratio in the states? No, id bet it was the concurrent price drop and slims trickling out to NEW OWNERS buying a new game. Then they probably bought catalog games for 20-25 bucks used at gamestop.
