The game is extremely hard, might have to go to options and change lives to 7 before playing. Their is a total of 5 levels plus the last boss. The thing that disappointed me was the lack of variety of weapons, Konami should have added the flamethrower and I would have been happy. Gameplay is simple, I only played with the wii-mote so far but you can also use the classic control and the gamecube control.
