That's silly to say. It sold within the "playstation community" because it came out 2005 when everyone already had a Ps2.
It didn't attract ppl to the brand because everyone already had the brand in their household at that time.
GOW3 will be a system seller in America just like FFXIII will be a system seller in Japan.

Yes, they will both move systems. Difference is, FFXIII is going to re-define the PlayStation 3 in Japan, GOWIII won't do that for it in America, IMP (prediction).

Final Fantasy is their "second coming" over there in Japan, next to Dragon Quest that is 
GOWIII is a BIG PS3 exclusive in America, but not THE system seller for the NA side of the things, that's Gran Turismo...
Both will move systems, one will move MANY systems. Try to figure out which one is which...

GT4 didnt sell much more than GOW.
Only reason GT3 sold so much more is because it was bundled.

Perhaps you haven't had a look at numbers, EVERY GT has sold at least 9mill copies WW. GOW couldn't DREAM of hitting those #s.
Also, GT can sell 8-9mill without bundles, I'd bet money on it.
Like I said, GOW couldn't DREAM of hitting those totals. He**, GT5: Prologue has outsold every GOW game to date, and it's just a Prologue..

Fact is, GOW will sell just as many copies in America as FFXIII will sell in Japan. So how is one a system seller, and the other isn't? Explain that.
