I think it's very clever to use a totally new main character to distract people from the fact that they've already played this game. I just watched the video interview on Gamespot, and the guy was talking about "new modes, new enemies, new attacks" and how they were trying to make the graphics a little more crisp than on the PS2. |
But where did anyone actually say this is a remake? If they don't, then those comments could just be about comparing the last game with this one. If it is a remake, then where is any official word on it?
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
