The proceeding sales weeks will be interesting to see what the new PS3 average weekly sales will be due to the new PS3 price and the new look of the PS3 Slim. 150k weekly sales could become the new PS3 average sales week during non-Holiday weeks.

Last 4 months of this year should see a 50% to 100% increase on weekly PS3 sales for the same period last year. 4 million sales of PS3 in last 4 months of 2008 should increase to 6 to 8 million for last 4 months of 2009. The price cut will increase sales combined with the launch of FFXIII in Japan will increase sales of the PS3.
