I am pretty sure if you ask that reviewer (for example) 'Do you think it is a fact the Wii is a console that only have casual games and bad games' he will say yes....  (=  For others a fact) how much you will discuss with them why it is not the truth you can't change their mind. It will always a fact in their eyes.

No, that isn't a fact. It isn't a fact for him, it's an opinion. The whole thing is opinion. Since the statement is subjective to any one person, it is NOT a fact.

This is getting confusing....  Doesn't anyone has his own facts? For me it is a fact that their is no god...For millions of others it is a fact that their is a god because the Bible/Coran etc says so...?   Or is that just opinion aswell...

You're confusing fact and belief. Whether God actually exists is not up to opinion. If there is no god, that is a fact, and no theist can change that. If there is a God, that is a fact, and no atheist can change that.
