Some roles that got introduced last game:
Mason: Masons are a group, usually all on the Pro-Town side, that know each other to be innocent. They can communicate with each other at Night, if they choose, but otherwise usually have no special abilities. The Masons cannot reveal that they are Masons to the town through roleclaiming. Instead, they must find other ways to defend each other. (Not sure about this one) at least 2 people.
Arsonist:An arsonist is a Serial Killer that kills with fire, and sometimes has a 50% chance of success. One Person.
Firefighter: A firefighter is a role that only appears in games with an Arsonist. Every night, the firefighter chooses someone to protect, like a doctor. However, the firefighter can only protect people from the arsonist. If the arsonist is killed, the Firefighter becomes an ordinary townie. One Person.
Sibling: The classic Siblings roles are two people who know each other, with the condition that if one dies, the other commits suicide the following night. Two Dudes.
Lie Detector: A Lie Detector is a potentially powerful power role. Each night the Lie Detector sends the Moderator a post made by another player during the previous day, and the Moderator tells the Lie Detector, to the best of his ability, whether that other player was telling the truth when they made that post. The power can be used, for example, to find out whether a role claim is true or not. The lie detectors ability is lost when he roll claims, or if another player figures it out. One Dude.
Traitor: The Traitor is a role with a pro-Mafia alignment that is not actually in the Mafia family. The Traitor knows who is in the Mafia, but the Mafia do not know who the Traitor is. The Traitor works, through his or her vote, to keep the Mafia from getting lynched and wins with the Mafia. One dude.
Paranoid Gun Owner: The Paranoid Gun Owner, similar to the Army Veteran, involuntarily kills anyone who targets him during the night, regardless of alignment. He can be a liability to the Town for this reason, as he indiscriminately kills Cops, Doctors, etc. He can not choose to kill. One dude.
Body Snatcher: During the night, the Body Snatcher chooses another living person. All things that would happen to that person happen to the Body Snatcher instead and vice versa. Aligned with Townsfolk.
Insane Cop: Always returns reversed results, no knowledge.
Poisoner: Chooses a target each day, that person is informed publicly they have 2 days to live (rather than dying instantly)
