The arrogance of publishers

L337/hardcore gamers aren't major forces in the general gaming market anyway. The only reason they have consoles now is because of Xbox. If a developer wants to make a game that sells on the Wii, don't make it for some L337/hardcore audience, make it for the mainstream gaming audience where right now there is a need for a real quality RPG (not some L337 style dungeons and dragons, bioware, or Bethesda game, a REAL RPG along the lines of Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest, or Final Fantasy). Another popular new trend are motion exersize and activity games.
