To actual question. SMS. I haven't bought any ND game since Crash Team Racing (better than any mario kart =) ) and I own both PS2 God of War games and they are pretty high on my ''favorite games ever'' list. So SMS at the moment.

Santa Monica received a dev credit for Chains of Olympus and Warhawk.  Naughty Dog is great, but Santa Monica gets my vote.
