It sounds to me like you're based your deductions under the operating rule that multiplats are always inferior simply because they aren't exclusive to the PS3.
You don't actually know any of this.
It's just a number of assumptions based on your bias. Far more games look worse on the PS3.
Games are games, and you don't know if the game would have been better if it were on the PS3 exclusives, or worse. You are just guessing, in order to take potshots at FFXIII and tout the PS3's supposed superiority.
Unfortunately, a number of multiplatform games look worse on the PS3, and while you might see fit to blame the developers, I'm sure the developers themselves don't see it that way. More often than not, they know about the things they discuss, despite being "lazy."
It's just an elitist argument, that is being blown way out of porportion, because certain people feel the need to flame Square, and punish them for the multiplat decision.
The game will make more money because it's on the Xbox 360. More people will get to play it. It will be better.
