Project natal PS3 killer? or 360 killer?

I think both Microsoft and Sony are too late with their motion technology to change the path of this generation. The reason this stuff is launching now is so that they can familiarize themselves with it before the next generation rolls around. That way, the kinks can be ironed out.

I'm going to be interested to see how the core 360 fan and core PS3 fan react when the games using this technology come out. It will also be interesting to see if the expanded audience goes for this over the Wii.
