Age of Empires II: The Conquerors (expansion) for me.

Well, to include The Conquerers expansion is obiovusly implicit when I say Age of Kings. The Conqeurers expansion was fantastic. It balanced the game to perfection.

The Age of Empires series is by far a better game than Starcraft. In my opinion.
