But there is a excuse.....they are spin-offs just like FF versus 13 will be.....FF fans in Japan aren't some gods at researching something either

Again, you can't compare the sales of this series on handhelds and consoles. It's definitely more popular on consoles. Just look at the DS and PSP iterations. Just like MH is more popular on the PSP.
