Geesh folks...it called Acquisitions (Rockstar, Firaxis)! TTWO made several acquisitions over the past couple of years, and that is a costly thing...
- 2 maybe 3 or 4 Human resource offices...
- Multiple Corporate staffs
- Multiple health and retirement plans
etc etc etc...it's not easy just merging companies together...they have set a return to profits in 2010.
