To be fair to TTWO, they had to absorb new acqusitions, and it's not an easy thing to do. Yes, you might have big games, but if the biggest cost in most organizations are the personnel cost, so you have to streamline the organization...if you cut somebody, and then figure out...oooops...I needed them...what do you do then???
