PS3 was available in Canada as of August 25th at all major retailers. Best buy, walmart, HMV, eb games...
I dont know what "limited" release ioi is talking about. Maybe in some parts on USA...
360 boost is due to crazy bundles they have going on at most retailers to get rid of the elite and pro stock. Next week 360 will be even crazier with the newly released halo3 + wifi adapter elite bundle.
These are good numbers for PS3. Hopefully the HD tiwns can get some of that marketshare back that they lsot to wii in 2009
