Yes, however, you cannot copy over any downloaded VC/WW games. Maybe Nintendo will allow you to send it in or something, idk. If you downloaded games, I'd call N and ask them if there is a solution. Maybe a way to transfer accounts to new Wii number and then redownload the games.
