This updates the Flash from 7.0 to Flash Lite 3.1

So it was actually Flash 7 before then... I thought it was the "Lite" equivalent to Flash 7.

The Internet Channel is developed using the Opera Devices SDK 9.3 which supports Flash 7.    The new iteration of the Internet Channel uses Flash Lite 3.1 which supports Flash 8 which most modern Internet sites require.
