Pretty much anything that has fast paced segments and expects the use of stylus, d-pad and both shoulder buttons, or maybe just stylus and the right set of buttons if you are right handed.

I also find the games that decide to use the stylus for movement and then decide to put your actual viewscreen on the top screen terrible design.  The FPS games that try it for aiming aren't welcomed either.

Pretty much 90% of games that take an existing game style and then try and throw stylus control in just for the sake of it.  Building a game style based around stylus is fine.  Having seperate parts of a game where the stylus is heavily required is fine.  Taking perfectly working controls for one game type and making them awkward at best just for the sake of using the stylus more suck balls, unfortunatly this is where most DS games fall.

Can you give examples of games like this though.

The four that I know have less than stellar controls are CoD, GTA, Metroid, and TWEWY.  None of them is an instance of what you're talking about though.
