Zune is quite successful for what it is in USA. The music download subscription program they have (20 bucks all you can download) rapes any service Itunes offers. This is where MS makes money.

While in Europe it may be different here in Canada, Zune has a very positive buzz around it and while it will never beat Ipod in sales...it has a reputation of offering a better service for less $$$. I am fine with that as I like features and paying less for them...and don't care about being in majority.

If u hear on TV, everyone is familiar with Ipod and Iphone. Even granny's know of them. No one knows what Zune is (plus it's a bad name, it don't sound too good on the tongue).
