depends...Hard disk has the advantage of game installs.. which in most cases tends to make game loadings/ stuttering frame rates faster(TLR)... also you'll need a HDD to fulfill all your DLC needs. My theory is this- if you fancy a cheaper price get the Pro, it retails for just a bit more than the arcade. If you fancy offline play and dont wanna download maps/movies etc then the arcade makes sense for you.
Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.
