Batman Arkham Asylum came out, and turned out to be one of the best games released this generation. It won the guiness book of worlds records award for "highest reviewed superhero game ever" based on metacritic, which caused controversy, but also spurred conversation, and indeed sales of the game, which looks to be a guaranteed hit on every console it launches for.
Epic win.
Also, people are hating on the Wii, saying that it will die after a HD pricecut, but those people don't understand that the appeal of the Wii will never translated to the HD consoles, they are two different monsters.
