That's true, I always think of identical twins when I hear the word, but there are indeed fraternal twins. And I suppose if you amend the nickname to HD Fraternal Twins or HD siblings I'd have no issue with it, but I think it's meaningful that whenever I hear the term HD Twins it is being utterred by someone with a clear disdain for the systems like Avinash or Malstrom.
