No, lol. Snake is a killer, of course, but he's just a soldier. Built for the battlefield. He could be easily outplayed by lesser villians, such as Liquid.
I think that when people see Batman fighting, they think that his fighting is the reason he's a hero.
It's his intelligence, and deduction. The Punisher, to a lesser extent, uses his battle tactics, experience, and deduction to fight enemies, kinda like Snake....dude, Snake vs Punisher would be an epic showdown.
Batman is kinda like Jack Bauer(in comics) if Jack Bauer was also a benevolent god bent on world domination, but without the power to kill.
