Good list.
I'd add backwards compatibility with all previous consoles. I made the mistake of buying a PS3 as early as March 2007 and there were no good games besides resistance, so I played mostly PS2 games still which kept me going. People won't buy the console if there are no good games out, people don't care about what's coming 2 years later.
