characters textures does look detailed, but over done, metal gear textures are simpler but the characters and art style are better.
maps doesn't look impressive in Gears 2. the best maps are still uncharted 2, killzone 2.
but metal gear solid 4 maps are also detailed.
overall i give a nod to metal gear solid 4 especially after ACT 5 the infiltration into the boat.
btw: guys if see screenshots without jaggies, its like not a direct feed, you guys are comparing bullshots.
