No, MGS4 looks better than TWEWY. I don't consider the character art when they're talking as graphics. I'm only talking about the in game models. And to me the in game models look better for MGS4.

You are talking about the art style. You can't be talking about the art style and yet not talking about the art style. In your first post you list the art style as the sole reason, and even acknowledge that MGS4 may be technically inferior.
